Partner Terms of Service
The terms that govern your relationship with AgentOnboard as an API provider. Last updated August 2026.
By creating a partner account or integrating AgentOnboard ("the Service") into your API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AgentOnboard provides a universal identity and verification layer for AI agents. Users exchange credentials for short-lived session tokens, which your API verifies through AgentOnboard before an agent acts for its user.
You are responsible for your integration, including how your API uses verified identities and any authorization decisions you make. You are responsible for activity conducted through your partner account and for the accuracy of your directory listing.
You agree to keep your partner key confidential and to revoke or rotate it if you suspect it has been compromised. You agree to use the verification API only to verify session tokens presented to your service, and not to store session tokens longer than necessary for that purpose.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activity, to impersonate users or agents, to attempt to defeat token expiry or verification, to resell verification access, or to interfere with the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Directory listings are reviewed and may be rejected or removed at our discretion. You are responsible for the content of your listing. Listing approval does not create an ongoing obligation to keep your listing live.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive for high availability of verification but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
AgentOnboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to failed or delayed verifications, unauthorized access to session tokens, or unavailability of the Service.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your partner key will be revoked and verification requests from your integration will cease to succeed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
